Madeline Helland is a Los Angeles based bookbinder, letterpress printer and illustrator who has been self-publishing artist books and zines under the moniker Aviatrix Press since 2018. She has previously taught at Otis College of Art & Design, the International Printing Museum, Hiromi Paper Inc., Vroman’s Bookstore, and various pop-ups at events across Los Angeles.
